hillaryNEW DELHI: US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is to visit India on July 19 for strategic talks with Indian leaders, a spokesman for the Indian foreign ministry said on Friday.

India's External Affairs Ministry is hosting the second India-US Strategic Dialogue in New Delhi after the first round was held in Washington last year.
