ISLAMABADL: Fire erupted at warehouse of medicine in sector I-9/3 here on Friday morning police said. The reason behind this fire cannot be ascertained so far and rescue teams and fire brigade are busy in extinguishing the fire.
The fire has engulfed in the whole building of warehouse and clouds of smokes are emitting from there, rescue teams working at the site has said that it could take few hours to completely extinguishing this fire.
Islamabad Police official soon after the incident rush to the site and monitoring the rescue activities and no casualties has been reported and further assessment abut the damage could be claimed after extinguishing of fire.
Police source said that this medicine warehouse was of international health organization. More then hundred fire fighter are busy in extinguishing this fire and dozen of vehicle are there for the logistic supports to them.
