KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange has allowed further extension to 27 listed companies for placement in the "non- compliant segment" of the exchange till June 30, 2011.
According to KSE here Tuesday, these companies were issued show cause notices for failing to declare dividend/ bonus for five years.
These companies had sought time for rectifying the reason of default under Listing Regulation No 30(2).
The KSE has allowed an extension to these companies upto June 30, 2011.
