BANGKOK: An auction of 20 billion baht ($647 million)of 28-day Bank of Thailand bonds fetched an average accepted yield of 2.84147 percent on Tuesday, the Bank of Thailand said, but adding only 10.2 billion baht was allocated.
The yield compares with 2.78422 percent at the previous auction for this maturity on June 21.
The average accepted yield on 20 billion baht of 91-day central bank bonds was 3.05822 percent, up from 2.95478 percent at the previous auction for this maturity on June 21, but only 15.4 billion baht was allocated.
The average accepted yield on 18 billion baht of 182-day central bank bonds was 3.33048 percent, up from 3.19724 percent at the previous auction for this maturity on June 21, but only about 13 billion baht was allocated.
The average accepted yield on 30 billion baht of 1.64-year central bank bonds was 3.7509 percent, versus 3.2398 percent at an auction of 1.87-year bonds on April 4.
