LAHORE: Lahore Stock Exchange here Tuesday witnessed bullish trend by gaining 75.02 points as the LSE Index-25 opened with 5514.73 points and closed at 5589.75 points.
The market's overall situation also corresponded to an upward trend as it remained at 1.053 million shares to close against previous turnover of 675,800 shares, showing an upward move of378,000 shares. While, out of the total 94 active scrips 17 moved up, 14 shed values and 63 remained equal.
The top three Major Gainers of the day were Exide Pakistan Limited, Pakistan Oil Fields Limited and Honda Atlas Cars (Pak) Limited by recording increase in their per share value by Rs 6.28, Rs 5.11 and Rs 1.90 respectively.
Oil and Gas Development Company Limited, Mari Petroleum Company and Engro Foods Limited were among top three, which lost their per share value by Rs 10.30, Re 0.53 and Re 0.37 respectively.
Top three Volume Leaders of the day included K-Electric Limited with 361,500 shares, The Bank of Punjab Limited with 353,500 shares and NIB Bank Limited with 70,000 shares.
