ISE-10 index witnesses bullish trend

imageISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) witnessed bullish trend here on Thursday as the ISE-10 index was up by 1.79 points to close at 4,372.60 points.

A total of 180,000 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 109,000 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 289,000 shares.

Out of 140 companies, share prices of 60 companies recorded increase while those of 80 companies decreased and no company remained stable in today's trading.

The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs 28.20 while that of Murree Brewery decreased by Rs. 46.10 per share.

K-Electric and Silk Bank remained the top trading companies with 179,000 and 1,000 shares respectively.
