Govt to complete tenure despite challenges: Amin Fahim

aminISLAMABAD: Senior Federal Minister for Commerce Makhdoom Amin Fahim said on Tuesday that the Pakistan People's Party government would complete its tenure by facing all the challenges.

"We believe in politics for the welfare of the people and we will pursue people friendly schemes as far as possible", he said while speaking to various representatives and dignitaries of the district Matiari (Sindh) during his recent visit.

According to a statement received here, the Minister was of the view that PPP was the only party which had emerged as a strong force in all four provinces along with Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir while all other parties were regional parties.

He expressed condolence with people of the area over the loss of their relatives. The Senior Minister was also briefed about the ongoing development works there. He was accompanied by Makhdoom Tafiq-u-Zaman, Makhdoom Niamatullah, Syed Tanveer Shah Jamot, Abdul-Razaq Memon, Qazi Shoukat and other dignitaries.
