ISE stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) Wednesday witnessed a bearish trend as the ISE-10 Index was down by 45.67 points to close at 4504.46 points.

A total of 113,600 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 162,900 shares when compared to previous day's trading of 276,500 shares.

Out of 155 companies, share prices of 44 recorded increase while that of 111 companies decreased.

The share price of Bhanero Textile increased by Rs 39.95 while that of Siemens Pakistan Engineering decreased by Rs 48 per share.

NIB Bank and K-Elecric remained the top trading company with 25,000 shares each.
