ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's spin bowler Saeed Ajmal has said that the T20 cricket format is dificult for bowlers as they are always attacked in this format time and time again.
Talking to A private TV news channel, Magician Ajmal said that things have become difficult for bowlers in recent years while playing in the faster version of cricket.
"Times have changed and cricket is very fast nowadays and as a bowler you are always under pressure", Ajmal said.
He said that batsmen has become more important as they can attack in T20 or 50-over cricket from the start and as a bowler you need to keep coming up with something new in every match.
He said that T20 cricket is made for batsmen while in ODIs the five fielders inside the circle rule has brought pressure on the bowlers.
Saeed Ajmal has taken 169 wickets during 33 tests; 182 wickets in 110 ODIs; and 85 wickets in 63 T20s.
