RECORDER REPORT: KSE close of day

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed higher on Thursday having 27124.47 shares with a positive change of 41.35 and volume of 195,795,020 shares.

High and Low were 27199.12 and 27064.70 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 267,147,830 shares with 371 total traded companies out of which 197 were up, 156 were down and 18 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials (Cement) was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 36,337,400 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 72,560,800 shares.
