RECORDER REPORT: KSE close of day

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed on Friday having 25783.28 shares with a positive change of 304.35 and volume of 156,306,580 shares.

High and Low were 25880.55 and 25477.36 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 234,880,700 shares with 369 total traded companies out of which 172 were up, 185 were down and 12 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 49,077,000 shares. It was followed by Construction and Materials (Cement) with a total traded volume of 64,407,500 shares.
