ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Wednesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 39.87 points and closed at 4487.53 points.
A total of 375,700 shares were traded, which were up by 209,500 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 166,200 shares.
Out of 150 companies, share prices of 54 companies recorded increase while share prices of 96 companies registered decrease where as no company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Blessed Textile increased by Rs. 10.87 per share while the share prices of Murree Brewery decreased by Rs. 31.85 per share.
P.I.A, Lafrage Pakistan Cement and Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim remained the top trading companies in Wednesday's trading with 200,000, 95,000 and 78,000 shares respectively.
