RECORDER REPORT: KSE close of day

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed on Friday 26784.34 shares with a negative change of 176.70 and volume of 194,267,540 shares.

High and Low were 26853.62 and 26607.64 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 346,571,710 shares with 408 total traded companies out of which 208 were up, 185 were down and 15 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 97,463,500 shares. It was followed by Construction and Materials (Cement) with a total traded volume of 93,870,700 shares.
