ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Monday as the ISE-10 index was down by 4.89 points and closed at 4,744.64 points.
A total of 360,000 shares were traded, which were up by 335,000 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 25,000 shares.
Out of 163 companies, share prices of 100 companies recorded increase while share prices of 62 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Sanofi Aventis increased by Rs. 35.90 per share while the share prices of Pakistan Tobacco decreased by Rs. 37.77 per share.
P.T.C.L, Lotte Chemicals and Byco Petroleum remained the top trading companies in Monday's trading with 155,000, 101,000 and 32,000 shares respectively.
