KARACHI: The Karachi stock market bench mark 100- Index shed 54.17 points to close at 23168.04 on Friday against last day's closing of 23222.21 points.
The KSE-30 Index closed lower by 45.61 points at 17890.38 points as compared to previous closing of 17835.99 points.
Highest turnover of 19768500 shares was recorded in Jah.Sidd Co.
Significant increase of Rs 100 was recorded in the stocks of Wyeth Pak to close at Rs 3500 while Bhanero Textile increased by Rs 19 to close at Rs 419.
The stocks of Colgate Palmolive decreased by Rs 84.99 to close at Rs. 1615 while Khyber Tobacco down by Rs 15 to close at Rs 285.
Total market turn over remained at 16151500 as compared to previous 23649920 shares.
In future trading the stock of 46 companies increased while 76 shed value.
