MOSCOW: Exports of Russia's medium sour Urals crude oil from the Baltic port of Ust-Luga will rise by around 20 percent in September, a preliminary programme showed on Monday.
It will be increased to 2.3 million tonnes from 1.8 million tonnes seen this month and follows increases in volumes from another Baltic outlet, Primorsk, and from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk on the back of domestic refinery maintenance.
