imageLAHORE: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed has said that there will be no power load shedding during Sehr, Iftar and Taraweeh prayers during up coming Ramadan.

He was talking to media persons on Saturday after meeting a delegation of Electronic Media Reporters Association here he said that the government has released major amount out of the pending circular debt for elimination of load shedding in the holy month.

The information minister said that about 17000 megawatts electricity needed in the country while 13000 MW power is being produced. He hoped that remaining shortfalls would soon be covered up.

He said that the government will adopt a unanimous national policy against terrorism and it wants peaceful and strong Pakistan.
