imageKARACHI: The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Patron-in-Chief, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has strongly condemned the Karachi blasts.

In a statement here on Saturday he termed this as barbaric act of terrorism, and demanded harshest punishment to terrorists.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that such cowardly and inhumane acts are indeed an attempt to create an atmosphere of fear among the citizens just ahead of the general elections.

`In such tough time PPP urge all the citizens of the country to display unity and defeat the evil designs of the mischief makers by electing liberal and moderate forces in Pakistan', he added.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed deep sympathy with the family members of those killed in the blasts and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
