ISLAMABAD: The three-judge bench of the Supreme Court in its verdict  announced that the Multi-Professional Housing Society can claim expenditure Aaj TV reported on Friday.

According to reports, the SC had taken suo motu notice of the joint venture in sector E-11.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Multi-Professional Housing Society had started a joint venture in that sector.

However, the apex court declared the joint venture in sector E-11 as null and void.

The Supreme Court told the CDA to submit its report in one month.
