PM for devolution process to benefit from 18th amendment

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Monday emphasized on carrying forward the devolution process in true spirit to benefit the common man from 18th constitutional amendment.

Talking to Mian Raza Rabbani, Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination and Chairman, Implementation Commission on 18th Amendment, Gilani reiterated that all political parties and stakeholders be regularly consulted to develop consensus in the implementation process as well.

Mian Raza Rabbani briefed the Prime Minister on the progress with regard to the implementation of the 18th Amendment. He also apprised him of the views of various parties and some aspects of the devolution process.
