RAWALPINDI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) here on Saturday again sought time for the implementation of the arrest warrant of former President Pervez Musharraf in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
The court adjourned the hearing till April 23.
Hearing of the case was held in Adyala Jail. Chaudhary Zulfiqar represented the state while accused former CPO Saud Aziz and Khurram Shehzad appeared before the court after their bail was accepted along with their counsel Malik Rafiq Advocate.
The court questioned the progress on implementation of arrest warrants.
Director FIA, Wajid Zia informed the court that the British Home Department has failed to implement the warrant.
The judge directed the FIA to contact with British government through the government to implement the arrest warrant.
