ISLAMABAD: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Barrister Masood Kausar has said that they would soon introduce constitutional reforms in FATA.
Talking to a private Radio channel, Barrister Masood said peace has been restored in major parts of the tribal areas with the support and efforts of the people and law enforcement agencies.
He said present security situation is better than the past. People and government want peace because security is essential for the developmental work. "We want to accelerate speed of the developmental projects in the area. We do not want to waste more time in this regard", he added.
Barrister Masood said: "We have completed our homework on the FATA reforms. We want to end the deprivation of the tribal people and bring them at par with the people of other areas of the country", he said.
