English singer Ed Sheeran has announced that he is taking break from music and from social media for some time. The chart-topping singer said he would ‘take a breather to travel, write and read’ and would return with new music when the time is right.
Ed uploaded a statement on Instagram, alongside the caption “brb” [be right back]. “Gonna go on another break again. To my family and friends, See ya when I see ya, and to my fans, thank you for always being amazing,” he wrote in his post.
He assured his fans this isn't goodbye, it's just goodbye for now.
He also changed his social media profile picture to ‘BRB’ written on a black background.
