KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was little-changed on Thursday amid falling appetite for dollars from importers and the central bank mopping up excess liquidity in the money markets.

At 0848 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,659/3,669, compared with Wednesday's close of 3,663/3,673.
