MOSCOW: Deputy head of Belarus state oil company Belneftekhim, Vladimir Sizov, on Monday said that negotiations with Russia on contaminated Russian oil are ongoing and no decision has yet been reached.
Sizov's remarks were made after talks at the Russian energy ministry in Moscow.
