HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares slipped 1.13 percent Monday morning after China said it expected its economic growth to slow further this year as it faces weak demand for exports in Europe and the United States.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index dived 242.94 points to 21,319.32 on turnover of HK$30.18 billion ($3.85 billion).
