PM condemns Charsadda suicide blast; seeks report from Interior Minister

razaISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has strongly condemned the suicide attack on the convoy of Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao at Shabqadar, Charsada soon after the culmination of a public meeting on Saturday.

The Prime Minister has directed the Interior Minister to immediately submit a report regarding this abhorrent act of terrorism, in which a policeman was killed and seven people sustained injuries.

Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao and his son Sikandar Sherpao escaped the cowardly attack.
