Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Punjab General Secretary Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmed visited the family of ill-fated and brutally murdered Zainab in Kasur on behalf of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and offered condolence to her father the other day.
Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmed conveyed sympathies from the party chairman to the grieved family and assured of raising their voice at every forum. He told the grieved family that Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was shocked to hear about the incident and asked the PPP Punjab to stand by the victim's family.
He said the civil society should play a role in educating children, especially girls to pre-empt such incidents while the government and local administration should take stern steps so that such gory acts are checked and prevented in future.
