APNS awards

The APNS is holding 23rd APNS Awards Ceremony on January 15, 2018 wherein Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has consented to grace the occasion as chief guest and distribute Awards among the winners of journalist and advertising agencies awards. The Panel of Judges for Advertising Awards consisting of Ejaz Wasay, Ms. Durriya Kazi, Talib S. Karim & Syed Sultan Hassan (Late) decided the winners of creative Awards.
M/s. Midas (Pvt.) Ltd. has won 05 Awards for Best Business Performance Award, Special Business Performance Award (Regional Dailies), Special Business Performance Award (Metro B Dailies), Best Performance Award for Private Sector Client (Bahria Town) and Best Performance Award for Public Sector Client (Benazir Income Support Program).
M/s. Orient Advertising (Pvt.) Ltd. won Special Business Performance Award. (Periodicals).
The Awards for creative categories are as under:
Best Newspaper Ad: M/s. Manhattan Int'l. (Pvt.) Ltd ad of (Standard Chartered Bank)
Best Periodical (Magazine): Ad no entry qualified
Best Campaign: M/s. Adcom (Pvt.) Ltd. ad of (Al Karam) Best Public Service Campaign: M/s. IAL Communications (Pvt.) Ltd ad of (Depilex Smile again Foundation)
The APNS has announced the winners of 22nd APNS Journalist Awards which will be given at the APNS Awards Ceremony. The Panel of Judges consists of prominent writers and intellectuals namely, Ameena Saiyid, Professor Dr Nisar Zuberi, Babar Ayaz, Dr Rafia Taj, Professor Dr Fateh Muhammad Burfat, Dr Mugheesuddin Sheikh, Owais Aslam Ali, Professor Tauseef Ahmed Khan, Vali Ram Vallabh, Dr Fahmida Hussain, Yaqoob Mughal, Seemeen Naghmana, Abid Ali Syed, and Professor Shahida Kazi.
The Panel selected the following awards:
