ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on Wednesday filed an appeal against a Supreme Court summons demanding that he appear on February 13 to face indictment for contempt, an official said.
"An appeal has been filed. It has been received in the court," a senior official told AFP on condition of anonymity.
