Soyameal dips on European feeds market

Soyameal on the European meals and feeds market eased slightly on Tuesday on pressure from prospects for a record-large South American soyabean harvest. "Slow demand also weighed, but as long as buyers believe the market can come down further on South American harvest pressure that demand will remain slow," one broker said.
South American soyameal was mostly offered between unchanged and $1 a tonne lower, also tracking easier Chicago soyameal futures. Buyers remained sidelined in the easing market and no business was reported.
EU rapemeal was mostly offered between unchanged and two euros per tonne up from Monday on the stronger dollar earlier in the day. Weaker soyameal and easier rapeseed futures limited gains.
