Will go to jail if convicted: Gilani

KARACHI: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has once again summoned Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani 13 in the contempt of court case on February 13, according to the media on Friday.

Talking to the media, Prime Minister Gilani said, "I will appear before the court," and added, "I'll go to jail if convicted."

"I represent the judiciary's decision," he said.

On Thursday, Prime Minister Gilani said he will appear before the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court earlier in the day ordered Gilani to appear before it on February 13.

"I will appear in the Supreme Court. I have attended the court when summoned in the past and I will attend again now," Gilani told the parliament.
