Accountability Court headed by Abdul Majeed Khan Nassar extended judicial remand of Mushtaq Raisani accused in Balochistan mega Corruption case here on Friday. He has made plea bargain of Rs 2.10 billion with NAB. Hearing against former Adviser Finance Khalid Langove was also adjourned till January 4 on the basis of medical report.
According to details hearing of Balochistan mega Corruption case was held at Accountability Court here. Former Secretary Finance Mushtaq Raisani and his facilitator Sohail Majeed were present before the court. Former Adviser Khalid Langavoe's medical report of ill health was also presented. Hearing of these three accused adjourned till January 4. Statements of witnesses were also recorded in case against former Chairman Balochistan Public Service Commission Ashraf Magsi and his two directors Niaz Kakar and Abdul Waheed.
