Consul General of China, Wang U has assured that the consulate would provide all possible assistance to grant visa to the members of the Pakistan Chemicals and Dyer Merchant Association (PCDMA) on recommendation of association. Talking to a delegation of the association lead by its Chairman PCDMA Nasiruddin Fateh Kukda, he said that CPEC project will play a pivotal role in economic growth of Pakistan.
He further said that after completion of CPEC project, not only Pakistan but entire region will get benefit of this project and it will also generate employment opportunities. It will also helpful to boost tourism and open the gate for going to Uzbekistan and other Asian countries, he added.
Nasiruddin Fateh Kukda briefed the Consul General about difficulties faced by commercial importers in getting the visa, especially the problem faced by commercial importers who visited China first time. The issue need to be resolved, he emphasized. He said Pakistan is importing 70 percent chemical and dyes of its needs. Chairman said that stakeholders from both the countries can play a vital role in improving bilateral trade between the two countries.-PR
