ISLAMABAD: Deputy Speaker Sindh Assembly Shela Raza on Sunday said that Waseela-e-Haq programme Sindh will help 35000 youths of Sindh to become self-reliant.
Talking to a private news channel, she welcomed the inauguration of Waseela-e-Haq Sindh programme by President Asif Ali Zardari and said Sindhi youths were facing acute problem of unemployment for the last 12 years and the unemployment has also increased poverty in the province.
She said Waseela-e-Haq programme of the PPP government will not only provide jobs to youths on self employment basis, but also help make prosperous the masses.
She said Sindh government is working on the vision of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and President Asif Ali Zardari. She said PPP government always works for poor people of the country.
She counted many welfare steps of present government and its achievements. To a question, she said that previous government had shut down Thar-Coal project without considering its productivity and importance for energy sector.
