mansoor-ijaz2 KARACHI: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has dismissed the petition filed to register a case against Mansoor Ijaz, a private television channel reported on Wednesday.

The petition was filed in the Sessions Court.

According to the verdict of the Islamabad District Court, Ijaz, being an American national, could not be arrested by Pakistani authorities as he has not violated any law in Pakistan.
