ISLAMABAD: National Assembly passed pro-democracy resolution with majority on Monday while PML-N decided to walk-out of the assembly session.
Gilani thanked his party members , Asfandyar Wali the head of Awami National party, coalition members and the Jamaat-e-Ulema-e-Islam Fazal for passing the resolution.
Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani while addressing the meeting said the government has respect and honour for all the institutions, including the Supreme Court.
He said the government did not want any confrontation with any institution, including the courts.
