Mudariba/Musharika scam: NAB arrests Afzal Khaliq alias Double Shah

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa arrested Afzal Khaliq alias Double Shah alias Bhai Jan of A. K. Forex Private Limited Wah Cantt from Lahore Airport. The accused under the garb of Islamic mode of financing ie Mudariba / Musharika allegedly cheated people and looted billions of rupees from innocent people fraudulently through his agents. The areas of affectees range from remote areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to central Punjab.
NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had placed the accused name on Exit Control List (ECL) and was actively pursuing the case and arrested the accused Afzal Khaliq Alias Double Shah from Lahore Airport.
The accused will be produced before Accountability Court Peshawar for obtaining his physical remand.
