ISLAMABAD: In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) , over two billion rupees has been spent on secularization of schools in the province.
The spokesman of Elementary and Secondary Education Department said that so far about five thousand schools have been converted on solar energy in twenty-two districts, Radio Pakistan reported.
The spokesman said this will ensure uninterrupted power supply to government schools in the province and at least one million students will benefit from it.
