Khar discuss political, economic matters with BD High Commissioner

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and High Commissioner of Bangladesh Suhrab Hossain on Thursday discussed matters of mutual interest and agreed to forge closer ties in political, economic, trade and cultural spheres.

Khar said Pakistan greatly values its relations with Bangladesh which is an important regional country.

The High Commissioner conveyed a message of goodwill from the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh, Dr Dipu Moni and also delivered an invitation letter from the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh to visit his country.

Both agreed to have high-level exchanges to realize the potential existing between the two countries.
