KSE morning update

KARACHI: Karachi share market witnessed negative trend on Tuesday due to selling in almost all sectors. After opening in deep red the KSE-100 index dropped below 11,000 level at 10,967.77 down 72.54 points.

Investors participation was also very low as only 3.6 million shares were traded during the first hour of the session.of 162 active stocks, 104 declined, 52 advanced and 6 unchanged. Fauji Fertilizer co was valume leader with 455,704 shares and gained Re0.29 to Rs156.40.
