PML-N has best plan to resolve problems of Karachi

ISLAMABAD: Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair Saturday said Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) government had restored peace in economic hub of the country and the PML-N was only political party which had a best plan for the mega city Karachi.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the PML-N had controlled target killing, extortion, ransom and other criminal activities through launching Karachi operation with consensus of all the political parties.

The governor said the federal government had restored business and sports activities all over the country especially in Karachi because most of national revenue was generated in metropolitan city of the country.

He said the federal government had spent billion of rupee in different development projects for Karachi including water, road, green line transport to facilitate the people of the area, adding that many big changes would occur in next couple of months.

He said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had failed to ensure good governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa but its leadership was claiming to bring change in Karachi, adding Imran Khan had nothing done for Karachi why people would cast their votes for his party.

The PML-N would win upcoming general elections due to its prudent policies and on the basis of its five years performance, he said.
