President chairs meeting of Parliamentary heads of allies

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari and co- chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Friday chaired a meeting of parliamentary heads of the coalition partners here at the Aiwan-e- Sadr Friday.

Spokesperson Farhatullah Babar said the meeting discussed the current political situation and was attended by Senator Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Asfandyar Wali, Senator Haji Muhammad Adeel, Senator Mir Israrullah Zehri, Dr. Farooq Sattar, Senator Babar Khan Ghauri, Munir Khan Orakzai, Noor-ul-Haq Qadri, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, Senator Dr. Babar Awan, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Ms. Mehreen Anwer Raja and Spokesperson to the President Farhatullah Babar.
