NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling strengthened against the dollar on Wednesday, buoyed by tight liquidity conditions in the money market and inflows of hard currency from offshore investors, traders said.
At 0943 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 100.85/101.05 per dollar, compared with 100.90/101.00 at Tuesday's close.
