ISLAMABAD: The Commission set-up to probe memo issue will convene its second proceeding in Islamabad High Court on January 09 (Monday) morning and notices in this regard have been issued to all concerned to ensure their attendance.
Supreme Court had constituted the Commission, comprising Chief Justice of Balochistan High Court, Justice Qazi Faez Isa as its Chairman with members including Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman and Chief Justice of Sindh High Court, Justice Mushir Alam.
The Commission has been constituted to probe and ascertain the origin, authenticity and purpose of allegedly creating, drafting or delivering the memorandum to Chairman of United States Joint Chief of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen.
