Agriculture Secretary for timely completion of projects

MULTAN: Secretary Agriculture Punjab Muhammad Mahmood has said that progress and prosperity of farmers was directly interlinked with agriculture uplift projects.

Presiding over a meeting here on Saturday, he said that providing of benefits of Chief Minister Kissan Pakage was top priority.

He directed the officials to ensure timely completion of the projects as well as proper guidance to the growers, adding that negligence would not be tolerated in this regard.

He said that cotton was saving account of the growers adding that country's economy could be put on way to progress through better cotton production.
