ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, Engr. Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman chaired a meeting of the Committee for appointment of Vice Chancellor, University of Baltistan, Skardu at the Committee Room of the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan here on Monday.
The draft of the advertisement for the Appointment of Vice Chancellor, University of Baltistan, Skardu was presented in the meeting.
The meeting has decided the advertisement for the appointment of Vice Chancellor, University of Baltistan, Skardu will be issued in national dailies and local newspapers of Gilgit Baltistan by March 30, 2018.
The meeting agreed that the April 16, 2018 will be last date to apply and the shortlisting will be conducted afterwards.
The meeting was attended by Secretary Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan Pir Bakhsh Jamali, Former Federal Secretary G.M Sikandar, Former IGP Afzal Shigri, Former Federal Secretary and Member FPSC Batool Qureshi and Chief Secretary GB.
