KARACHI: L’Oréal Pakistan has secured first position in the “Sustainability Award – Four Pillars of Excellence” category for small and medium-sized enterprises at the Global Compact Network Pakistan (GCNP) Sustainability Awards 2026, recognising the company’s initiatives in sustainability, inclusion and community development.
The award reflects L’Oréal Pakistan’s alignment of its operations and strategies with the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact covering human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, as well as its contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The GCNP Sustainability Awards recognise businesses integrating sustainability into their strategies and operations and contributing to the UN Global Compact principles and SDGs.
L’Oréal Group has been a member of the UN Global Compact since 2003 and has been recognised as a UN Global Compact LEAD company for embedding the SDGs into its core strategy.
Rehan Saeed, Executive General Manager and CEO of L’Oréal Pakistan, said the company believed in “using beauty as a force for good” and would continue to empower women by building their capabilities, creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and advocating for safe and inclusive spaces.
