Gold prices in Pakistan experienced a significant drop on Wednesday, aligning with losses in the international market, with per tola gold falling by Rs11,300.

Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs454,036 after a decline of Rs11,300 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs389,262 after it fell by Rs9,688, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Tuesday, gold price per tola reached Rs465,336 after a decline of Rs800 during the day.
The international rate of gold declined by $113 to reach $4,315 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs270 to reach Rs6,859 per tola.
