ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Canada reviewed bilateral relations, including cooperation in trade, agriculture, and other sectors, and emphasized the importance of high-level exchanges to further strengthen the bilateral ties.

Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM) Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar exchanged views with Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anandin a telephone call on Monday. They discussed important issues to further strengthen bilateral ties.

The two dignitaries also reviewed the latest developments in the region and ongoing efforts to promote peace and stability. DPM/FM reiterated Pakistan’s continued commitment to dialogue and diplomacy.
